looking for a friend

to a means to pretend
some years before
we fancy a new hobby
in amateur photography
a chance to capture
ourselves in the eyes
of others
a chance to freeze time
and come face to face
with eternal brothers
sadly,
our interest fades
as eternity will
and all we're left with
is a piece of amateur
technology
